We are delighted to announce the grand opening of our new location in Montrose, CO on Saturday, May 18th! Spanning 14,000 square feet, this facility will house our production, restaurant, and bar, marking an exciting new milestone for Shelter Distilling. 

Your incredible support and the growing demand for Shelter's exceptional spirits and distilling products have fueled this expansion. After careful consideration, we found the perfect location that reflects the essence of the Shelter experience, seamlessly blending retail and production in a distinctive setting. Montrose emerged as the ideal destination, embodying the Shelter brand and our commitment to crafting experiences centered around the outdoor lifestyle. 

At our new facility, which is poised to produce 15-25 barrels per week, we will feature state-of-the-art equipment to create an array of spirits, canned cocktails, and beer. Highlights include a 30 bbl. four vessel SK brewhouse, stainless steel fermentation tanks, and a 3,000-liter Barison Hybrid Pot Still, enabling us to craft unique whiskey creations. We are eagerly looking forward to sharing this exciting new chapter with you and continuing to provide Shelter's exceptional products.

We will officially open our doors on May 18 at 11am, operating Sunday to Thursday from 11am to 11pm, and Friday and Saturday from 11 am to midnight.
